Full-time children and family pastor to serve on the executive staff team of Cahaba Park Church PCA. Must cast vision for and manage the children's ministry, ages 0-18, including oversight of nursery coordinator, youth director, and interns. Job responsibilities would be to lead children's ministry team to cast vision for and implement ministries; recruit, train and equip team members and children's ministry volunteers; oversee age-appropriate curriculum; equip and train parents in raising covenant children; create Gospel environment that fosters community and outreach; serve on the executive staff of Cahaba Park Church PCA Position Qualifications: A seminary degree is preferred; married with children; experience in children's ministry; doctrinally in-line with Westminster Confession of Faith; and willing to invest long-term. Skills needed: ability to create, articulate and cast vision; ability to manage people well; administratively gifted; ability to oversee and shepherd; ability to gather and equip ministry team
