Oversight, in partnership with the pastoral staff, of the Youth and College group ministries. •Teach God's will and apply it to the lives of students, providing them with a Biblical worldview, an understanding of God's purpose and will for them and His Church. • Equip students for ministry in and outside the walls of the Church. •Take time to develop trust and relationship with students •Work with the team/develop a team of leaders. •Develop student leaders •Co-ordinate and oversee the meetings and events of the group: oSunday Morning class (High school) oTuesday Night Group (College) oWednesday Night group (High School) oRecreational/Ministry outings (both) oSummer Camp (High School) oWinter Camp (High school) oMissions trips (both) •Schedule weekly hours in office •Availability for general Church tasks as necessary
