Green Oak Ranch Ministries, a successful model residential healing community serving chemically addicted adults, including indigents, is now accepting applications from qualified individuals who are both called of God and prepared to lead out small, but skilled and passionate staff and volunteer corps. As has been the case over the past 60-years we believe the ideal candidate will be a couple with Christian ministry experience and who are eager to take this unique ministry to its next level of Kingdom service. Green Oak Ranch Ministries is chartered as a nondenominational Christian Church whose purpose includes engaging like-mind churches, businesses, service clubs, individuals, and others in carrying out the mandate of Isaiah 58: 6-7. Minimum qualifications include (i) agreement with our statement of Faith and Code of Conduct, (ii) prior nonprofit senior management experience, (iii) a proven record of successful nonprofit fundraising, (iv) ability to collaborative with other sectarian and secular nonprofits, (v) ability to cooperatively work with the Ranch's property owner, (vi) successful record of entrepreneurism, and (vii) willingness to live in Ranch supplied housing on our beautiful 142-acre campus just eight miles inland from the Pacific Ocean.
